Territory: London and the Home Counties

The Role:

  • Following a thorough induction and training programme, you will be responsible for tracking residential new-build projects through Glenigan and an in-house CRM system.
  • Securing specifications for an industry-leading range of lintels and masonry support products.
  • Tracking and winning projects with architects, national and regional house builders, and high-rise developers.
  • Working closely with colleagues who manage relationships with the builders' merchants and construction distributors that your projects are ultimately back-sold through.
  • Supported by a first-class technical team who will assist with drawings, calculations and project plans.

The Successful Applicant:

  • You will either be a graduate with a construction-related degree, with Architectural Technology & Architecture being particularly relevant to this role.
  • Or you will have some construction sales experience, whether from a field sales role, office-based or trade counter/branch position.
  • Either way you will be committed to building a long-term career within specification sales in the construction sector.
  • Looking for an employer that can train, develop and progress you through the business.
  • Driven, ambitious and commercially minded with a positive attitude and excellent communication and presentation skills.
