Package:
- £32,500 basic rising to £34,000 after 3 months
- £6,800 bonus (paid quarterly)

The Role:
- A trainee field sales role with a full induction and structured training programme
- Driving sales of a high-quality range of waterproof wall panels
- Managing and developing relationships with national and independent building and plumbing merchants - both trade counters & showrooms
- Inheriting an established area with existing accounts to increase sales from
- Once settled into the role, you will also support your merchants in winning business with contractors and the social housing sector
- Clear progression into a fully-fledged field sales role
The Successful Applicant:
- Some experience within a sales or customer-facing role - merchant, showroom, retail or internal sales environment
- Personable, outgoing and confident communicating at all levels
- Ambitious and keen to build a long-term career in field sales
- Interest in the KBB, interiors or construction sector
