- Monitor and analyse both business performance and market conditions, delivering regular MI to senior management relating to quote conversion, market pricing changes, business mix analysis etc. whilst helping to maintain the processes that generate that information.
- Maintain and implement changes to live rating and underwriting algorithms via Radar Live and provide technical support to Insurer Hosted Pricing (IHP) integrations.
- Support with the development of statistical models of risk, customer behaviour and market data.
- Support and explore the use of data science techniques to innovate and improve pricing techniques.
- Create & maintain datasets for pricing analysis.
- Perform other analytical activities in support of the wider team & Group as required.

- Ability to learn WTW Radar Live software to implement pricing changes, perform impact analysis and maintain pricing systems.
- Highly numerate, as evidenced by a 2:1 degree or above with significant mathematical or statistical content.
- Pro-active, flexible & adaptable team player who is happy to support a variety of pricing activities, from data acquisition & modelling to performance monitoring and all stages in-between.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and software packages and is open to innovative and creative thinking.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to maintain good working relationships.
