Responsibilities:
- Recruit ancillary and individual providers by negotiating contract terms and rates to secure direct agreements with clients in targeted market areas as required by business needs.
- Draft and review contract proposals and respond to contract requests.
- Make/oversee targeted calls to providers.
- Obtain and maintain required documentation from providers.
- Manage the credentialing process and track audits of large medical groups and independent physician associations.
- Communicate with providers on a regular basis to answer any questions or concerns as well as to provide strong provider relations.
- Perform analysis of the provider network to identify deficiencies in required specialties and/or geographies for existing/prospective customers.
- Oversee ancillary and direct contract network development and maintenance.
- Meet productivity and performance standards on a continuous basis.
