Integra Education (North) LTD is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support schools across Warrington and surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), and complex behavioural needs.

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing dedicated 1:1 support or working with small groups of pupils.
- Supporting the class teacher to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
- Monitoring pupil progress and reporting any concerns to the wider school team.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and building strong, supportive relationships with pupils.
- Helping to create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for candidates who have
- Level 2 or above in supporting teaching and learning
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role.
- Experience supporting pupils with SEMH, SEND or additional learning needs.
- Confidence in behaviour management and de-escalation techniques.
- A proactive, patient and compassionate approach.
- Good IT skills and excellent communication skills.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development.
