Our tutors work with learners from a wide range of backgrounds, including those who require additional support due to
SEND, SEMH, EHCPs, low attendance, or alternative provision .
Every tuition programme is tailored to the individual, allowing you to deliver meaningful support that helps pupils grow in confidence and achieve their educational goals.
The role
Working on a one-to-one basis gives you the freedom to focus on what matters most – the individual learner.
You'll create engaging, personalised lessons that meet each pupil's needs, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and make measurable progress.
Whether you're an experienced teacher looking for greater flexibility or an established tutor seeking additional work, this role can fit around your existing commitments.
- What you'll be doing
- Deliver engaging
- 1:1 tuition in
Maths, English and/or Science .
- Plan and adapt lessons to suit each pupil's ability and learning style.
- Build positive relationships that encourage confidence and engagement.
- Monitor progress and adapt your approach to support continued development.
We're looking for tutors who
- Have teaching, tutoring or classroom experience.
- Possess strong subject knowledge in
Maths, English and/or Science .
- Have a good understanding of the
UK National Curriculum .
- Have experience supporting pupils with
- SEND, SEMH or additional learning needs
(desirable).
- Are patient, reliable and passionate about helping young people succeed.

£25–£28 per hour , depending on experience.

1–25 hours available each week .
