As the business continues to thrive, we’re on the lookout for a Key Account Manager to join our talented Business Development Department.
What We’re Looking for
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding relationships with some of our most valued clients. You’ll be their go‑to contact, ensuring their needs are met and working closely to deliver their projects.
What You’ll be Doing
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
- Act as the day‑to‑day primary point of contact for some of our long‑time established clients, overseen by our management team.
- You’ll understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Liaise with the management team to monitor the account and provide regular reports
- Formulate and issue project and material quotations
- Process orders onto our Sage 200 system. Experience is not essential as full training will be given
- Collaborate and hold regular handover meetings with the Estimating, Procurement, Technical, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service and project delivery
Skills & Experience
- Experience in account management, Business Development/sales, or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Commercial awareness and a customer‑focused mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience within the Modular, Construction, or Business Development/Sales sectors
- A professional and dedicated person who is looking to take the next steps into client management
