Global Long/Short Technology Equity Analyst
Our client, a Global active investment management firm, is looking to hire a Global L/S Technology Equity Analyst to their public equity investment team.
This analyst will work alongside a highly regarded senior fund manager on a broader public equity fund with significant assets under management.
Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining financial models to help analyse investment opportunities
- Fundamentally research companies, constantly monitoring and reviewing stock recommendations and providing idea generation
- Attend company meetings with CEOs and industry conferences
- Develop an in‑depth knowledge of the sector to find the most attractive and hidden investment opportunities where mis‑priced optionality and potential catalysts can be identified
Profile
- Finance and/or technology degree in a relevant discipline
- min 5-10 years experience as a Global Long/Short Technology Equity Analyst is a pre‑requisite
- Team spirit, co‑operative
- Investigational, analytical mindset
- Passionate about all matters of digital innovation
- Good presentation skills would be a strong plus
