Recruiting Coordinator required to work closely with a team of program managers in a fast-paced recruiting organization, the RC is an integral partner in managing intern program related activities ranging across onboarding, early career development, and offboarding, to engage and retain top diverse talent.
This candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with interns, managers and internal stakeholders, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. Responsibilities:
- Partner with Program Managers to design and scale programs that strengthen company culture, accelerate individual development, drive team productivity, enhance leadership capabilities, and foster learning
- Support insights for regular rhythm of business mechanisms including but not limited to 2x2's, QBRs, lesson learn documents.
- Support email to case inbox management
- Support live office hours, workshops and events
- Support customer communications
- Monitor performance metrics, and report on the status of key objectives that affect deliverables
REQUIRED SKILLS
β’ 1+ years of recruiting coordinator, program management, administration, logistics, HR or equivalent experience
β’ Experience with MS Word, Excel and Power Point
β’ Bachelor's degree
β’ Must be willing to work across multiple time zones, which may result in starting your working day at 7:00AM (local time) on a regular occurrence.

β’ Strong attention to detail.
β’ Experience working with data including strong excel skills including formulas like V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, Delimited Formulas, etc.
β’ Strong collaboration skills, team first mindset.
β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills including ability to communicate with peers, stakeholders and candidates.
β’ Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively, work under pressure to meet critical deadlines and remain flexible in a changing environment.
β’ Experience utilizing Asana program management platform.
