INTEGA is a specialist building consultancy which offers its clients expert technical construction and property advice. We undertake work for some of the world’s largest companies across the UK and in Europe.
The Role
We are currently looking for an Associate Director or Senior Chartered Building Surveyor who has Technical Due Diligence and Dilapidations experience or has the desire to predominantly work within these areas. A key part of the role is to expand and build our London office which opened in 2025 and has enjoyed a successful first year in the West End.
Responsibilities
- Business development and client management
- Core Building Surveying services with a likely bias to Professional Services
- Strong focus on dilapidations and technical due diligence
- Specification and CA project work
- In due course, support Directors in the delivery of our growth plans and line management of graduate surveyors
Your profile
- MRICS + 3-5 years PQE
- Dilapidations and/or TDD specialist or keen interest to focus on these areas
- Experience working with Landlords and/or Tenants
- Self-motivated and hungry for a challenge
- Excellent presenting, communication and report writing skills
