The Senior Building Surveyor will lead and deliver a variety of professional building surveying and project management instructions for commercial and private clients across the UK and Europe. Day-to-day responsibilities will include undertaking building condition surveys, preparing technical due diligence reports, managing dilapidations instructions, and carrying out feasibility studies to support investment, development, and refurbishment decisions. You will also provide technical due diligence, assist with development monitoring, and support business development through client relationship management and high-quality service delivery.
The role involves managing contracts and overseeing works on site, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality and compliance standards. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom, with a mix of office, site, and work-from-home arrangements. Travel is anticipated as we work across the UK with recent instructions ranging from Cornwall to the Highlands!
Qualifications
- Strong professional building surveying skills, including experience delivering a broad range of Building Surveying services for commercial and/or mixed-use assets is required.
