INTEGA is a specialist building consultancy which offers its clients expert technical construction and property advice. We are currently looking for an Associate Director or Senior Chartered Building Surveyor who has Technical Due Diligence and Dilapidations experience or has the desire to predominantly work within these areas.
A key part of the role is to expand and build our London office which opened in 2025 and has enjoyed a successful first year in the West End.
- Core Building Surveying services with a likely bias to Professional Services
- Specification and CA project work
- Excellent presenting, communication and report writing skills
We are located in Soho, but hybrid working is supported. Excellent career development opportunities.
