Growing International Business

Location: Milton Keynes (2 – 3 days a week)

Salary: Up to £60,000 plus excellent benefits

Integ have been engaged on an exclusive basis by a growing, international business to help them find a sharp, technically strong Group Financial Accountant. The successful candidate will bring structure, rigour, and a fresh perspective to a finance function that’s evolving fast

The business is scaling across multiple entities and regions, and they’re investing in their Group Finance capability to keep pace with growth. You’ll report into a high-quality Group FC and play a key role in delivering group reporting, driving improvements in controls, and working cross-functionally to embed finance best practice

What you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing consolidated group accounts across multiple entities and currencies
  • Leading on statutory reporting and managing the year-end audit process
  • Supporting the refinement and rollout of group accounting policies
  • Developing and improving controls, processes, and systems
  • Working with senior stakeholders across finance and the wider business

What we’re looking for:

  • ACA qualified (Ideally practice-trained)
  • Solid technical grounding in IFRS and UK GAAP
  • An eye for improvement and the confidence to challenge the status quo
  • A calm head and a clear communicator, someone who brings clarity, not noise

Why this role?

It’s a genuine platform role. You’ll have the space to make your mark, the support to grow, and a line of sight to more senior opportunities in the future. This business values its people, takes finance seriously, and is building for the long-term. It’s a grown-up, flexible culture where impact matters more than input.
