Location: Milton Keynes (2 – 3 days a week)
Salary: Up to £60,000 plus excellent benefits
Integ have been engaged on an exclusive basis by a growing, international business to help them find a sharp, technically strong Group Financial Accountant. The successful candidate will bring structure, rigour, and a fresh perspective to a finance function that’s evolving fast
The business is scaling across multiple entities and regions, and they’re investing in their Group Finance capability to keep pace with growth. You’ll report into a high-quality Group FC and play a key role in delivering group reporting, driving improvements in controls, and working cross-functionally to embed finance best practice
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing consolidated group accounts across multiple entities and currencies
- Leading on statutory reporting and managing the year-end audit process
- Supporting the refinement and rollout of group accounting policies
- Developing and improving controls, processes, and systems
- Working with senior stakeholders across finance and the wider business
What we’re looking for:
- ACA qualified (Ideally practice-trained)
- Solid technical grounding in IFRS and UK GAAP
- An eye for improvement and the confidence to challenge the status quo
- A calm head and a clear communicator, someone who brings clarity, not noise
