Our client, a leading Education Technology company that operates in over 100 countries and engages with over 600 million users, is hiring a senior, commercially minded Head of Franchising to lead the strategic growth and performance of our client's global franchise network into APAC. The chosen candidate will have demonstrable experience developing and implementing strategies for franchise growth while leading a team of 5 (with scope to grow to 15).

Core responsibilities:

  • Set and deliver global franchise growth and expansion strategies
  • Identify and assess new international markets and territories
  • Lead franchise partner selection, onboarding, and governance
  • Ensure consistent operational excellence, quality, and compliance
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with franchisees worldwide
  • Analyse performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead and develop a specialist franchise team
  • Act as a senior voice on franchise strategy within the organisation

Essential skills:
