We are currently supporting a large-scale transformation programme seeking an experienced WFM Configuration Specialist with strong expertise across UKG Pro WFM or ATOSS. This role will play a key part in configuring, optimising, and supporting workforce management solutions across Time Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence Management functions. The successful candidate will work closely with both technical and operational stakeholders to ensure workforce management systems are configured effectively to meet business and operational requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced programme environment with significant transformation activity and long-term project scope.
Responsibilities
- Configuration of time, absence and scheduling solution as per agreed design
- Configure (platform dependent) objects such as:
- Time profiles, employee groups, clocks/mobile capture rules
- Time calculation rules (overtime, premiums, rounding, breaks)
- Exception handling, workflows, approvals, audit controls
- Configure labour driven schedules, shift patterns/templates, rostering rules, constraints.
- Build self-service workflows including time off requests, shift swaps, approvals, etc.
