Our client, a large organisation within the industry, is constantly conducting multiple M&E projects to meet customer requirements and for the general upkeep of their site. They are now seeking an experienced M&E Manager to manage M&E contracts and contractors on all aspects of plant and electrical activities. You will ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are met and recorded, oversee contractors on the delivery of all Mechanical and Electrical maintenance projects, and confirm health and safety is adhered to at all times.
You will be responsible for liaising and communicating with external and internal customers to agree on requirements for individual projects, confirming the competency of contractors on the approved lists before site commencement to carry out a project, and ensuring end-to-end management to handover to operations and maintenance.
