Around 70% of our business is SAP implementation, migration, development, and support. We deliver complex SAP projects for clients in Pharmaceutical, Metal & Mining, Manufacturing, and other industries. As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our sales team and are looking for motivated junior specialists who want to build a career in SAP sales.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Sales Manager for SAP β an entry-level sales professional with initial experience in IT sales or lead generation with the strong desire to grow into a full-cycle sales role. This position is ideal for someone who wants to develop expertise in SAP services sales and grow into a Senior Sales role with structured mentoring and real project exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation and initial outreach to potential clients (EU and US markets).
- Qualification of inbound and outbound leads.
- Participation in client calls, demos, and presentations together with senior team members.
- Assist in preparation of commercial proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
- Maintain and update CRM with leads, activities, and pipeline status.
- Learn SAP service offerings (e.g. S/4HANA migration, SAP module implementations, and long-term support models).
- Ensure contract signatures with new clients.
Requirements
- 1β2 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or lead generation with the strong motivation to transition into sales.
- Basic understanding of IT services / software development / ERP solutions (SAP knowledge is a strong plus, but not mandatory).
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn sales techniques.
- Confident spoken and written English (B2+).
- Proactive mindset, curiosity, and readiness to grow in a complex enterprise-sales environment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

- Experience in sales in IT company with successful track records.
- Understanding of SAP, ERP, or enterprise systems.
