An exciting opportunity for an IT Systems Analyst to join a growing organisation, working closely with the Head of IT to support and enhance business systems, reporting and digital processes. This role will suit someone who enjoys working across both technology and business operations, helping improve systems, reporting and workflows across the organisation.
You will play a key role in supporting IT infrastructure, delivering system improvements and working with stakeholders to implement effective technology solutions.
Role & Responsibilities- Support and develop IT infrastructure, systems and user environments
- Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Manage and maintain SQL Server / MySQL databases
- Develop reports and dashboards (Power BI) to support decision making
- Support IT and digital projects from concept through to rollout
- Provide technical support and liaise with third-party vendors
- Experience delivering IT or business improvement projects
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server / MySQL
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Understanding of ERP / CRM systems and business workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exposure to cloud technologies and a degree / HNC / HND in Computer Science or a related field
