We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading financial services organisation on a 12‑month fixed-term contract. This is a senior delivery role focused on high‑impact, enterprise‑wide initiatives across AI rollout, security posture and assessment, finance, and logistics.
This role requires an individual who is confident operating at executive and board level, driving complex programmes through ambiguity, and delivering measurable outcomes in regulated environments.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver complex, cross‑functional programmes within a financial services environment
- Own end‑to‑end project delivery lifecycle, from mobilisation through to execution and handover
- Drive the rollout and adoption of AI-enabled solutions, ensuring business value, governance, and risk controls
- Lead security posture reviews and assessments, working closely with technology, risk, and compliance stakeholders
- Deliver transformation programmes across finance and logistics functions, including process optimisation and systems change
- Manage senior stakeholders across technology, operations, finance, information security, and executive leadership
- Ensure projects meet regulatory, risk, and compliance standards typical of financial services
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years’ experience delivering complex projects or programmes within financial services
- Proven experience leading AI or advanced technology implementations at scale
- Strong background in security posture improvement, cyber risk assessment, or security-related change initiatives
- Demonstrable experience delivering programmes across finance and/or logistics domains
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior executives and regulators
- Deep understanding of governance, risk, and control frameworks in regulated environments
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
Package:
- £90,000 - £100,000 (Depending on Experience)
