Our client, a global online non-for-profit organisation that is committed to improving the lives of millions, is hiring a critical position for a Product Director to ensure governance, compliance, efficient and ethical delivery of their diverse digital & non-digital products.
To be successful, you must have experience leading a multinational cross-functional team, experience of product compliance & governance (Ofqual, UKVI, safeguarding, AI ethics, EDI) and strong capabilities in Agile & Waterfall methodologies.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional delivery teams to achieve customer-centric outcomes.
- Define and implement product delivery strategy aligned with business goals.
- Establish governance standards and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Drive agile methodologies and continuous improvement across product teams.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and vendor performance.
- Oversee financial planning, cost control, and ROI measurement for product delivery.
- Integrate cybersecurity, data protection, and ethical standards into delivery processes.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Industry experience within a large digital online organisation (preferably Ed-Tech, Non for Profit or Government but not essential).
- Strong experience in Product governance & compliance (Ofqual, UKVI, safeguarding, AI ethics, EDI).
- Experience within integrating cybersecurity and data protection standards.
- Proven experience in product delivery and governance, with strong knowledge of agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum).
- Expertise in budget management, vendor management, and ROI analysis.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
