Our client is a performance marketing agency working exclusively with luxury and premium brands. They are looking for a Lead Creative Performance Strategist to own creative testing and strategy across their client portfolio. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who understands that great creative drives performance - and knows how to prove it with data.
You will sit at the intersection of creative, paid media and analytics, translating performance insights into winning creative strategies and building structured testing programmes that scale.
The Role:
- Lead creative strategy and testing across multiple luxury client accounts, working closely with paid media teams, designers and analysts.
- Build and run structured creative testing frameworks (angles, hooks, formats, messaging, iterations).
- Develop diverse creative concepts informed by performance data and testing insights.
- Analyse creative performance across Meta, GA4 and creative analytics platforms.
- Write compelling hooks, scripts, headlines and ad copy that align with both performance goals and luxury brand standards.
- Create detailed creative briefs for production teams.
- Present testing results, insights and recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Scale accounts through creative optimisation.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience running high-volume creative testing in performance marketing, DTC or agency environments.
- Strong track record improving key metrics (ROAS, CPA, conversion rate) through creative.
- Deep understanding of paid social platforms (especially Meta) and how creative impacts performance.
- Experience building creative testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Strong copywriting skills across hooks, scripts and ad variations.
- Comfortable with data—you can translate numbers into clear creative decisions.
- Confident presenting to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Able to work at pace across multiple accounts.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with luxury or premium brands.
- Familiarity with creative performance tools (Motion or similar).
- Awareness of recent platform changes affecting creative strategy.
Why This Role:
This isn’t a junior position - you will have real ownership from day one. No people management initially, but clear scope to grow into leadership as the function evolves. You will work with ambitious premium brands where creative quality genuinely matters, at an agency that values both data rigour and creative excellence.
