An excellent opportunity has arisen with an award-winning social enterprise for a Mid-Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping and delivering digital product initiatives. This person will act as a bridge between business, product, and technology teams, ensuring the delivery of user-focused, insight-driven solutions that align with strategic business goals. You will be responsible for gathering and translating business requirements, optimising processes, and engaging stakeholders across the organisation to support product development and digital transformation.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Requirements & Analysis
- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate workshops and sessions to understand goals and user needs
- Process Improvement
- Analyse current processes to identify and support efficiency improvements and cost reduction
- Recommend and help implement system and workflow enhancements
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a bridge between business, product, and tech teams
- Communicate technical concepts clearly and maintain stakeholder alignment throughout delivery
- Product Support
- Contribute to product backlog, roadmap planning, and testing
- Validate solutions and monitor impact post-delivery
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience engaging and collaborating with senior stakeholders across diverse business functions
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst (ideally 3–6+ years), working in digital product or technology environments
- Strong understanding of business processes, systems thinking, and digital solution design
- Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, and other documentation or analysis platforms
