We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer with active SC Clearance to join a major digital transformation initiative. This role is central to a complex migration from SharePoint 2019 On-Prem to SharePoint Online, including the re-implementation of over 1,000 Nintex workflows into the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem namely Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and document existing Nintex workflows and forms to inform redesign
- Design cloud-native process automation and data solutions using Power Platform
- Conduct thorough unit and system testing of new solutions
- Collaborate with testing and business teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Apply bug fixes and improvements based on UAT feedback
- Produce detailed design documentation and technical handover materials
- Support deployment of final solutions to production environments
Essential Requirements:
- Active SC Clearance
- Power Automate, developing and optimising flows
- Power Apps, both Canvas and Model-Driven
- Power BI, visualisation and reporting
- Expertise in SharePoint Online and integration with Power Platform
- Experience migrating or rebuilding Nintex workflows/forms to Power Platform equivalents
- Excellent skills in documenting solutions, processes, and technical specifications
- Strong understanding of workflow automation and business process optimisation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a mixed vendor-client team environment
