A market leading consultancy operating globally are searching for an experienced QA Engineer focussing on the ServiceNow stack.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow modules.
- Conduct functional testing to validate that application features meet requirements and business expectations.
- Perform regression testing and create test automation using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Regularly review and maintenance of ATF framework to manage technical debt and enhance performance.
- Perform Integration and end to end testing.
- Identify and log defects, collaborate with developers for resolution, and validate fixes.
- Ensure smooth regression testing for updates, patches, and new features.
- Provide clear and concise test reports to stakeholders.
- Validation and assessment of UAT test scripts and results.
Technical Requirements:
- Proven experience testing multiple ServiceNow applications/modules (e.g., CSM, ITSM, ITOM).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Strong understanding of functional and regression testing methodologies.
Rate & Duration:
- £450 - £550 per day
