An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project & Change Manager to join a global technology and business transformation team delivering strategic projects across the EMEA region.

This is a hands-on project management role where you'll lead cross-functional initiatives spanning technology, business applications, and operational change.

Working with senior business leaders, technical teams, and key stakeholders, you'll take ownership of projects from inception through to successful delivery, while helping to drive best practice across the wider organisation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing complex programmes, building strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering tangible business outcomes in a fast-paced international environment.

  • Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of strategic business and technology projects across the EMEA region.
  • Define project scope, objectives, governance, timelines, and delivery plans.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, external suppliers, and business analysts.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Facilitate project workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Provide regular project reporting and communicate progress to senior leadership.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
  • Oversee project handover into operational support and ensure effective project closure.
  • Maintain high-quality project documentation including project plans, RAID logs, cutover plans, and status reports.
  • Champion project management best practice, governance, and delivery standards across the organisation.
  • Support the development of project management methodologies, templates, and training for the wider business.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience delivering IT, business systems, or business process transformation projects.
  • Strong background managing cross-functional projects from initiation through to implementation.
  • Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of business applications and enterprise technology environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge technical and business teams.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous Business Analyst experience would be advantageous.
  • PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent project management certification is desirable.
  • Experience delivering enterprise application projects involving SAP, Workday, Salesforce, or Microsoft 365 would be highly beneficial.
