We are seeking an experienced Programme / Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex digital transformation programmes and case management system implementations within the public sector who has service experience of Highways, Waste Management, Regulatory Services, and Planning.
You will lead the delivery of digital transformation projects, including case management solutions (MS Dynamics 365, Arcus, Alloy, Mayrise) and associated integrations.
About you
- Digital & Delivery experience of case management systems including Alloy, IDOX, MS Dynamics, Mayrise etc is a MUST HAVE.
- Proven experience in programme and project management within public sector or local government.
- Track record of delivering digital transformation and technology-enabled change.
- Strong knowledge of case management systems and integrations.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills at all organisational levels.
- Skilled in procurement, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
- Qualifications such as MSP Practitioner and PRINCE2 Practitioner.
- Duration: 6 months with potential extension
