An exciting opportunity has arisen with a fast-growing global social enterprise for an experienced Product Owner to join their team. They’re looking for someone who can shape the product roadmap, drive innovation, and deliver solutions that have a real global impact.

In this role, you will define the product vision, oversee the development of digital solutions that are accessible, scalable, and user-friendly, and act as the key link between strategic partners, linguists, and commercial stakeholders to ensure the platform meets the evolving needs of a diverse, international user base.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business and user needs
  • Translate requirements into clear, prioritised product backlogs
  • Lead discovery, design, and delivery of new features and enhancements
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, and QA to deliver high-quality releases
  • Monitor adoption and performance, driving continuous improvements
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
  • Support integration of AI-driven tools to enhance services
  • Engage with users and stakeholders to validate product changes
  • Track KPIs and present updates to leadership

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a product management or product ownership role
  • Background in data and technology, digital, or marketplace platforms
  • Strong experience in data and analytics, with commercial and business acumen
  • Proven track record of effective project management, ideally with lean/agile principles
  • Experience developing and leading high-performing teams
  • Skilled in report writing, strategy development, and presenting business cases
