Product Manager β Digital Services | Health Data / Digital Platform | London London β Hybrid, 2 days per week Rate: Excellent day rate (Inside IR35) Duration: 6 months Overview An excellent opportunity has arisen for a an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of our clients user-facing digital services. This is an excellent opportunity for a Product Manager who enjoys working on complex, high-impact digital products and balancing user needs with technical, governance and regulatory requirements. Role and Responsibilities Own the product vision, definition and roadmap for user-facing digital services Develop and maintain an outcome-focused product roadmap based on user research, service data and organisational priorities Lead discovery activity to understand user problems, test ideas and shape solutions Translate user and business requirements into clear problem statements, user needs, acceptance criteria and prioritised backlog items Work closely with Engineering, Service Design, UX and User Research throughout the product lifecycle Define product success measures and monitor service performance against agreed outcomes Lead and contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, demos and retrospectives Work with governance, legal and approval teams to simplify complex application and approval journeys Ensure services meet accessibility, security, identity, audit and wider platform requirements Manage senior stakeholders across internal teams, external partners and the wider digital ecosystem Work with third-party suppliers and contractors to ensure delivery meets agreed product and quality standards Skills and Experience Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering user-facing digital services within a multidisciplinary Agile environment Strong experience owning product roadmaps from discovery through to delivery Excellent understanding of user-centred design and product discovery Experience using user research, analytics and service data to inform product decisions Strong backlog management, prioritisation and requirements definition skills Experience managing complex stakeholder groups and conflicting priorities Comfortable working within technically complex or highly governed environments Strong analytical, communication and decision-making skills Experience within health, government, public sector or regulated digital services would be advantageous Previous experience working to GDS Service Standards or through service assessments would be highly desirable Experience of digital services involving governance, approvals or regulatory workflows would also be beneficial
