We’re seeking a UKG Pro WFM Technology & Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end solution architecture for a major workforce management transformation programme. This is a key leadership role focused on UKG Pro WFM architecture, integration strategy, environment governance and enterprise workforce technology design.
Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end UKG Pro WFM solution architecture
- Lead technical design across Time & Attendance, Scheduling and Absence
- Define integration patterns, data flows and non-functional requirements
- Own environment strategy, release governance and deployment standards
- Support technical issue resolution and architecture reviews
- Work closely with Integration, Configuration and Data teams
Key Experience
- Strong experience architecting UKG Pro WFM solutions
- Extensive workforce management and payroll systems experience
- Strong integration and enterprise data-flow knowledge
- Experience with middleware platforms including Boomi, MuleSoft or CPI
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
