An excellent opportunity has arisen with an amazing social enterprise for a Partnerships Manager. The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for the development of strategic partnerships to support the growth and the delivery of existing and new sources of income streams.
The role will focus on building key relationships with internal stakeholders, particularly those who contribute to the development and delivery of partnerships across the organisation, alongside exploring new partnerships with external stakeholders and seeking out opportunities to develop, diversify and grow. The role being commercial in nature will work to create new pipeline opportunities into the sales funnels.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop Existing and New Partnerships
- Source and onboard high-value corporate partners that deliver mutual value
- Deliver high–value and high-impact corporate partnerships, personally leading the highest-value partnerships
- Architect and execute co-sell plans with major partners to accelerate revenue growth
- Build and develop excellent relationships with stakeholders at all levels by being a proactive, responsive, strategic resource
- Effectively negotiate and creatively problem-solve to ensure we achieve partnership goals
- Identify, develop, and lead new projects that stimulate business growth and interpreter development
- Work closely with marketing to deliver high-quality visibility at events
- Work with other internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Operations, Compliance, IT and Finance to oversee the implementation of new partnerships
- Provide product training and support, deliver training and updates to partners
- Develop the BusinessLine management of the Partnerships Team, develop the business, and build and manage the Partnerships strategy
- Manage the execution of business development and commercial brand partnerships
- Build, monitor, and share the progress of pipeline and relationship development, always keeping CRM up to date
- On a monthly basis, track, analyse, and manage the effectiveness of our partnerships, and share learnings and best practices to inform other and future partnerships, meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs
- Build an ecosystem, not just a set of partnerships – community of partners - bring people together, which drives a bigger ecosystem for the partner community
