Oracle EPCM Systems Lead – London / Hybrid – Up to £80K + Excellent Benefits & Bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Technical Systems Owner – Oracle EPCM (Enterprise Profitability & Cost Management) to join a global technology-led organisation. This role offers the chance to take ownership of a key system that supports complex intragroup arrangements and transfer pricing compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Own and administer Oracle EPCM, ensuring design and data models remain fit-for-purpose.
  • Provide technical support for intercompany recharge processes.
  • Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and integration management.
  • Build and maintain reports, forms, and data load processes.
  • Manage Oracle ERP data feeds and wider system integrations.
  • Deliver EPCM training and support release impact assessments.
  • Contribute to governance processes and support project delivery alongside IT and business teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle EPCM and related technologies (Oracle Fusion, ERP).
  • Experience working across finance, tax, and IT functions.
  • Good understanding of finance and transfer pricing principles.
  • Skilled in requirements gathering, solution design, integrations, reporting, and testing (SIT/UAT).
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Project management experience with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
