Online Operations Analyst – Broadcast Monitoring Specialist

An exciting opportunity has opened up with a global social media leader seeking a detail-oriented Online Operations Analyst to support high-impact Live broadcast operations.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of monitoring top-tier streams across a range of apps, working cross-functionally to troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team responsible for ensuring seamless execution of premier Live broadcasts.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Monitor high-profile Live broadcasts across multiple platforms
• Troubleshoot broadcast issues and escalate in real time to relevant technical teams
• Collaborate with Technical Analysts and Engineering to resolve technical problems
• Conduct initial root cause analysis and triage incoming issues
• Build and maintain strong partnerships across Engineering, Operations, Production, and Partnerships
• Independently manage projects from initiation through to successful delivery
• Identify and mitigate risks in project execution before they impact delivery
• Provide regular status updates to internal teams and key stakeholders

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years in video content operations, broadcast operations, or a related field
• Experience in studio, post-production, or media company environments
• Strong understanding of streaming technologies and Live broadcast fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with switching, routing, transcoding, and caption workflows
• Familiarity with streaming software and re-streaming tools
• Proven ability to operate in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Comfortable with flexible scheduling, including occasional overtime or time in lieu

Contract Details:

• £200 – £250 p/d PAYE
• 25 days paid holiday
• On-site in London
• 6-month contract
