We’re looking for a UKG Pro WFM Integration Specialist to support a large-scale workforce management transformation programme. This role will focus on designing, building and supporting integrations between UKG Pro WFM, Payroll, HRIS and Scheduling systems to ensure accurate pay, compliance and workforce reporting.
Responsibilities
- Build and support integrations across UKG Pro WFM and Payroll ecosystems
- Develop interfaces for HR master data, time results and scheduling data
- Work with APIs, middleware and file-based integrations
- Develop reconciliation and control reporting
- Support SIT/UAT, payroll validation and defect resolution
- Produce technical documentation, mappings and operational runbooks
Key Experience
- Strong UKG Pro WFM integration experience
- Experience integrating workforce management, payroll and HR systems
- Hands-on experience with Boomi, MuleSoft, CPI or similar middleware
- Strong understanding of payroll and workforce data flows
- Experience with APIs, JSON, XML and CSV integrations
