We’re supporting a major UKG Pro WFM transformation programme and are looking for an experienced UKG Pro WFM Configuration Specialist to join a large-scale Time & Attendance, Absence and Scheduling implementation.

This is a hands-on configuration role focused on complex rule build, workforce scheduling and operational time processes across multiple countries and business entities.

Responsibilities

  • Configure UKG Pro WFM Time & Attendance, Absence and Scheduling solutions
  • Build time calculation rules including overtime, premiums, rounding and breaks
  • Configure schedules, shift patterns, labour-driven rostering and constraints
  • Build workflows including approvals, time off requests and shift swaps
  • Support SIT/UAT, defect resolution and hypercare activities
  • Produce configuration documentation and support knowledge transfer

Key Experience

  • Strong hands-on UKG Pro WFM configuration experience
  • Deep understanding of workforce management processes and time calculation rules
  • Experience with scheduling, absence and compliance-driven rule configuration
  • Ability to work across business and technical teams
  • Experience supporting testing and deployment activities
