A highly reputable government backed organisation that operates within the housing domain is hiring a Programme Manager. The chosen Programme Manager will need to have experience managing budgets in excess of £2 million, proven experience in delivering digital & data initiatives and worked within a complex public sector organisation. We are not seeking an individual from a cloud or infrastructure background as our clients require someone who has led large scale Digital & Data initiatives and ideally has an MSP, APMQ with Government Project Delivery Standards.

You will lead multiple workstreams within a major transformation programme, driving the successful delivery of digital, data, and organisational change initiatives. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering strategic transformation outcomes and embedding new ways of working across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee programme plans, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead business case development and benefits realisation activities

  • Strong digital transformation and change background
  • Proven experience delivering complex programmes across digital, data, operating model, and business change

  • Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environment
  • Public sector or government experience
  • MSP, APMQ, or equivalent programme management qualification
