Our trusted client, a global marketing automation company, is partnered with a global aviation corporation looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of enterprise-wide customer data platform initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse and document complex business requirements.
- Support Product Managers with backlog refinement and roadmap planning.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Work with Agile delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Ensure solutions align with data governance and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within large enterprise environments.
- Experience writing user stories, functional specifications and process maps.
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
- Background in customer data platforms, CRM, data or digital transformation is highly desirable.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile transformation programme on an Outside IR35 basis, offering £375–£560 per day, with hybrid working and occasional travel to Luton.
