I’m supporting a specialist HR & Payroll consultancy that is continuing to grow its SuccessFactors practice and is looking for experienced Senior / Lead ECP Consultants to join multiple active transformation programmes.
This is a hands‑on delivery role where you will lead workstreams, manage stakeholders and deliver end‑to‑end payroll implementations for enterprise clients.
The role:
- Lead full lifecycle SuccessFactors ECP implementations
- Configure payroll schemas, rules and integrations
- Run client workshops and solution design sessions
- Support data migration, testing and go-live
- Own delivery workstreams and mentor junior consultants
- Contribute to pre‑sales and client engagement when required
Experience required:
- 5–6+ years SAP Payroll or ECP experience
- 3–4+ years leading project implementations
- Strong EC to ECP integration knowledge
- Certification in ECP or SAP Payroll (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
