An excellent opportunity has arisen with a global SaaS company who is seeking a Systems Administrator to join its IT operations team. You’ll support end users with day-to-day technical issues while helping manage the company’s IT equipment estate, ensuring devices are configured, maintained, and compliant with internal standards. Full training and development will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, device, and basic Microsoft 365 issues
- Set up, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile phones, and tablets
- Manage IT equipment allocation, returns, replacements, and lifecycle tracking
- Maintain accurate asset and inventory records across IT systems
- Support device audits, compliance checks, and documentation activities
- Assist with mobile device management and endpoint administration tasks
- Troubleshoot user device issues and escalate more complex incidents where required
- Ensure devices meet company security standards, including updates and endpoint protection
- Maintain support documentation and contribute to improving internal processes
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within IT support, service desk, or technical administration
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
