Overview
Our client, a global brand, are replacing several legacy platforms with modern off-the-shelf systems as part of a broader transformation journey. With users impacted across operational and customer-facing teams, the programme requires a strategic and collaborative Change Lead who can drive readiness, adoption, communication, and long-term capability building. The successful candidate will establish and lead the change management workstream, working closely with programme leadership, technical teams, communications, and operational stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and positive user experience throughout the lifecycle of the programme.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct business impact assessments and user change diagnostics
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive change management strategy aligned to programme milestones
- Establish governance, reporting, and decision-making frameworks for change activities
- Identify and engage key stakeholder groups across the organisation
- Build and support a network of change champions and local change agents
- Coach leaders and managers to effectively lead teams through change
- Partner with programme and communications teams to deliver engagement and readiness activities
- Define adoption metrics and reporting mechanisms to measure success
- Support go-live readiness, hypercare, and transition into business-as-usual operations
- Gather and analyse user feedback to continuously improve adoption and engagement approaches
- Drive operational readiness activities including training completion, process updates, and local sign-offs
- Support benefits realisation and optimisation activities across phased releases
- Bring a coaching and capability-building mindset to improve organisational change maturity
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience leading change management for enterprise systems or technology transformation programmes
- Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, and change governance
- Experience working across cross-functional teams including technology, operations, and communications
- Demonstrable success delivering communications, readiness, training, and adoption strategies
- Strong influencing and relationship management skills
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in delivery
- Experience building internal capability and coaching teams through change
