Senior Front Office Business Analyst – London A leading financial services organisation is looking for an experienced Senior Front Office Business Analyst to support technology change initiatives across its trading and front‐office systems. You\’ll work closely with business and technology teams to deliver enhancements that improve trading, execution, and post‐trade processes.This is a hands‐on, client‐facing role where your expertise in front‐office workflows and ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements will be highly valued.Role & Responsibilities Collaborate with front‐office stakeholders to capture and document business requirementsSupport delivery of change initiatives across trading, execution, and post‐trade workflowsAssess and manage requests for enhancements and system updatesHelp maintain and prioritise the front‐office technology roadmapTrack delivery progress and provide transparent reporting to stakeholdersHighlight and manage risks, issues, and dependenciesProven experience as a Front Office Business Analyst in financial services or investment bankingStrong understanding of front‐office trading workflows and systemsExperience across the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing and implementationExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skillsStrong analytical skills, including process mapping and gap analysisFamiliarity with Agile delivery tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOpsContract Offer Duration: 6-month initial contractLocation: Hybrid, 3 days per week in London
