As part of this journey, we are seeking a Director of Digital Transformation to lead enterprise-wide change programmes, modernise digital platforms and embed new ways of working across the organisation. This is a high-impact leadership role, driving transformation at pace within a complex, brand-led environment.
Role & Responsibilities- Define and lead the organisation’s digital transformation strategy in line with business objectives
- Deliver large-scale transformation programmes spanning technology, data, process and operating model change
- Modernise core platforms and systems to improve scalability, resilience and customer experience
- Embed digital, agile and data-driven ways of working across functions
- Lead vendor selection, commercial negotiations and strategic technology partnerships
- Oversee cyber security, data governance, regulatory compliance and risk management
- Partner with functional leaders to identify and deliver digitally enabled growth opportunities
- Establish clear performance metrics to track transformation outcomes and ROI
- Build and lead high-performing digital and transformation teams
- Act as a senior sponsor for innovation initiatives and emerging technology adoption
- Degree educated with extensive senior leadership experience in digital, technology or transformation roles
- Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering measurable business value
- Deep understanding of modern digital platforms, cloud, data, automation and cyber security
- Proven ability to operate at Executive and Board level, influencing senior stakeholders
- Experience managing large budgets, vendors and multi-disciplinary teams
- Track record of leading change in complex, matrixed organisations
