Their Commercial AI function spans AI product development, agentic deployments and internal transformation programmes.
They're looking for an AI Product Manager who can take business processes apart, work out where bespoke AI agents genuinely change them, and drive those agents from design through to production – working directly alongside the engineering team building them.
To be upfront: this is not about configuring off-the-shelf copilots or wrapping a chatbot around an FAQ.
You'll have shipped bespoke agents – custom-built, integrated into real enterprise workflows, live in production.
If you can't describe what you built, why you built it that way and what changed as a result, this isn't the right role.
It's also not a programme management role.
Process discipline matters here, but it's table stakes – the differentiator is genuine, hands-on experience delivering agentic AI solutions and enough technical depth to operate credibly inside a fast-moving AI engineering environment.
The role for AI Product Manager – Agentic Systems (Bespoke AI Agents)
- Deconstruct business processes across the organisation and identify where bespoke agentic automation genuinely fits – and where it doesn't.
- Define, scope and prioritise AI agent deployments – owning them from concept through build to live enterprise rollout.
- Work day-to-day with the Director of AI Engineering and Principal AI Lead – you understand what the engineers are building and don't need it translated.
- Drive adoption of deployed agents inside real workflows – measuring what changed, iterating on what didn't land.
- Report directly to the Chief AI Officer, keeping the portfolio visible – progress, risks and blockers surfaced early, in plain commercial language.
- Bring enough structure to keep multiple workstreams moving without imposing ceremony or unnecessary process overhead.
