An excellent opportunity has arisen with a global SaaS company who is seeking a Systems Administrator to join its IT operations team. You’ll support end users with day-to-day technical issues while helping manage the company’s IT equipment estate, ensuring devices are configured, maintained, and compliant with internal standards. Full training and development will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, device, and basic Microsoft 365 issues
  • Set up, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile phones, and tablets
  • Manage IT equipment allocation, returns, replacements, and lifecycle tracking
  • Maintain accurate asset and inventory records across IT systems
  • Support device audits, compliance checks, and documentation activities
  • Assist with mobile device management and endpoint administration tasks
  • Troubleshoot user device issues and escalate more complex incidents where required
  • Ensure devices meet company security standards, including updates and endpoint protection
  • Maintain support documentation and contribute to improving internal processes
