Overview:

We are seeking an experienced OKR (Objectives and Key Results) Expert for a consultancy role to guide and support our client in adopting and mastering the OKR framework. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the leadership team and employees to shape strategic goals, drive focus, and enhance accountability across the organization. This role is instrumental in shaping our company’s strategic direction and fostering a results-driven culture. The consultancy will begin with an initial commitment of 10 days per month for 1-2 months, followed by 2-3 days per month through the remainder of a 6-month period.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Educate and train leadership and employees on the OKR framework to ensure understanding and effective adoption.
  • Facilitate the creation of clear, measurable objectives and align teams around key results.
  • Act as the administrator for the OKR process, ensuring objectives are regularly tracked, reviewed, reported on, and adjusted as needed.
  • Drive the implementation and integration of Monday.com to support OKR tracking, reporting, and management.
  • Ensure that OKRs are being delivered by coordinating across teams and keeping all stakeholders accountable.
  • Develop and maintain systems and workflows for monitoring progress and aligning teams around organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to embed focus, accountability, and transparency into organizational practices.

  • Proven expertise in implementing and managing OKRs within organizations
  • Experience working with leadership teams and employees at all levels
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with tools like Monday.com or similar platforms for tracking and managing OKRs
