Our client, a leading Education Technology company that operates in over 100 companies and engages with over 600 million users, is hiring a senior, commercially minded Head of Franchising to lead the strategic growth and performance of our client’s global franchise network into APAC. The chosen candidate will have demonstrable experience developing and implementing strategies for franchise growth while leading a team of 5 (with scope to grow to 15).

Our client is open to candidates who have worked within service led franchise environments (Food & Beverage, Fitness, Gyms, Wellness, Hospitality & leisure) on a global scale who have led larger projects and manage teams.

Core responsibilities:
  • Set and deliver global franchise growth and expansion strategies
  • Identify and assess new international markets and territories
  • Lead franchise partner selection, onboarding, and governance
  • Ensure consistent operational excellence, quality, and compliance
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with franchisees worldwide
  • Analyse performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead and develop a specialist franchise team
  • Act as a senior voice on franchise strategy within the organisation
Essential skills:
  • Significant experience leading and scaling a global franchise network (APAC Markets) is a must have.
  • Background in service-led franchising (F&B, Leisure, Education) is must have.
  • Strong commercial, operational, and governance capability
  • Proven ability to manage franchise partners across multiple countries
  • Experience balancing growth, risk, brand, and quality
  • Confident senior stakeholder management and team leadership
  • Exposure to regulated or standards-driven service models
