A leading financial services organisation is looking for an experienced Senior Front Office Business Analyst to support technology change initiatives across its trading and front-office systems. You’ll work closely with business and technology teams to deliver enhancements that improve trading, execution, and post-trade processes. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where your expertise in front-office workflows and ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements will be highly valued.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with front-office stakeholders to capture and document business requirements
- Support delivery of change initiatives across trading, execution, and post-trade workflows
- Assess and manage requests for enhancements and system updates
- Help maintain and prioritise the front-office technology roadmap
- Track delivery progress and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders
- Highlight and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Front Office Business Analyst in financial services or investment banking
- Strong understanding of front-office trading workflows and systems
- Experience across the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing and implementation
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
- Strong analytical skills, including process mapping and gap analysis
- Familiarity with Agile delivery tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
Contract Offer
- Duration: 6-month initial contract
- Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week in London
