We’re hiring a UKG Pro WFM Functional Consultant to support a global workforce management transformation programme focused on Time & Attendance, Scheduling and Absence Management.
This role will suit someone with strong UKG functional design experience who can lead workshops, capture complex requirements and translate business needs into scalable workforce management solutions.
Responsibilities- Lead requirements gathering and solution design workshops
- Produce BRDs, process maps, user stories and rule workbooks
- Define overtime, premiums, scheduling and compliance requirements
- Work closely with configuration and technical teams to ensure solutions are buildable
- Support SIT/UAT, process validation and deployment readiness
- Engage with HR, Payroll, Operations and IT stakeholders
- Strong UKG Pro WFM functional consulting experience
- Proven experience delivering Time & Attendance and Scheduling transformations
- Experience across multi-country or multi-entity implementations
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Knowledge of workforce compliance, overtime and absence management processes
- Up to £600 per day
- 6 month initial contract
