A global consultancy is growing its UK SAP capability and is seeking an experienced SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Senior Manager / Practice Lead to take ownership of delivery excellence, practice growth, and people leadership. This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines deep SAP HCM / SuccessFactors expertise with the ability to build teams, shape client solutions, and drive growth within a consulting environment.
The role:
- Lead the UK SAP HCM / HXM practice, with responsibility for owning and governing the delivery of complex SAP HCM / SuccessFactors programmes.
- Act as senior escalation point for clients and ensure quality, margin, and outcomes.
- Drive practice growth, including pipeline development, bid leadership, and solution shaping.
- Build and lead a high-performing consulting team (hiring, mentoring, capability development).
- Define and evolve SAP HCM / SuccessFactors offerings, assets, and delivery standards.
- Work closely with SAP and wider alliance partners.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven consulting background delivering SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors programmes end to end.
- Experience operating at Senior Manager or Practice Lead level within a consultancy or SI.
- Strong leadership across delivery, pre-sales, and people management.
- Deep functional expertise in SuccessFactors (EC, ECP, Time, Talent) and/or SAP HCM.
- Track record of building teams and contributing to practice growth.
