We’re looking for experienced UKG Pro WFM Time & Pay SMEs to support a global workforce management transformation programme. This role requires strong country-specific expertise across Time & Attendance, absence management, workforce compliance and payroll impacts within complex operational environments.

We are particularly interested in consultants with experience across:

  • Germany
  • Poland
  • Italy
  • Greece
  • Vietnam

Responsibilities

  • Act as the SME for local workforce management and pay rules
  • Define overtime, break, rest period and premium requirements
  • Support local compliance, union and collective agreement requirements
  • Validate payroll and time valuation scenarios
  • Support SIT/UAT and defect triage activities
  • Work closely with Payroll, HR and Operations stakeholders

Key Experience

  • Strong UKG Pro WFM or Kronos experience
  • Deep understanding of local workforce legislation and pay impacts
  • Experience supporting Time & Attendance or payroll transformations
  • Ability to translate policies into system rules and test scenarios
  • Experience working within complex international programmes
