Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering sessions to understand and define business needs.
- Configure, and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Design end-to-end solutions aligning with functional and technical requirements.
- Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation across all project stages.
- Deliver training and support materials to end-users and stakeholders.
- Collaborate across teams to improve and refine processes.
- Get involved in both functional and technical aspects of solution development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Dynamics 365 administration, configuration, and implementation.
- Strong understanding of business analysis and requirements gathering.
- Skilled in D365 customisation and solution design.
- Solid understanding of both technical and functional Dynamics 365 components.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with development, support, and end-user teams.
